At this time, Medicaid rides are currently pending approval as we complete the required credentialing, enrollment, and compliance processes with the State of Colorado and associated transportation brokers. This process ensures that all Medicaid transportation is delivered in accordance with state regulations, safety standards, and program requirements. While we are making steady progress, these approvals often involve multiple verification steps and may take additional time to finalize.

We understand how important Medicaid transportation is for many individuals who rely on consistent access to medical appointments, dialysis, therapy, pharmacy visits, and other essential health services. Please know that our team is actively working with state representatives, administrators, and contracting agencies to complete this process as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In the meantime, riders may still book private-pay medical, community, courier, school, and airport transportation through our regular service options. We remain committed to offering high-quality care, timely arrivals, and professional support for all clients, regardless of ride type.
