Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans may change. You may cancel or reschedule your ride up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time at no charge. For changes made within 2 hours of pickup, a $10 late-change fee may apply to ensure fair compensation for our drivers’ time and scheduling commitments. If the driver arrives at the pickup location and is unable to reach you within 10 minutes, the trip may be classified as a no-show and a $15 no-show fee will be applied. Our goal is to provide flexibility while maintaining reliable service for all riders. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us stay on schedule.
